Number Base Converter

Paste one number or a list, in any base, and read each in decimal, hex, binary and octal. Big numbers keep every digit, and negative ones can be shown as a CPU stores them.

How do I use the Number base converter?

  1. Type numbers, one per line: 255, 0xff, 0b1010 or 0o17.
  2. Read every base side by side, with digits grouped.
  3. Pick a bit width to see negatives as two's complement, or show one base to copy.

What does the Number base converter do?

  • Numbers of any size, exactly (BigInt)
  • 0x, 0b, 0o and # prefixes, and _ between digits
  • Two's complement in 8, 16, 32 or 64 bits
  • Hex and binary grouped in fours
  • One base only, as plain text
  • Copy gives every row as JSON
